Founded in Asheboro, Built for North Carolina

Partners Consulting Group started with a simple observation: most managed IT providers in North Carolina are reactive. They wait for something to break, send a technician, and bill you for the trouble. Business owners deserve better than that. They deserve a technology partner who prevents problems before they happen and aligns IT strategy with business goals.

Founded in Asheboro, NC, PCG was built from day one around a consulting-first philosophy. Before we touch a single device, we sit down with business owners and IT decision-makers to understand their operations, their challenges, and their growth plans. That conversation shapes everything that follows. We do not sell cookie-cutter packages. We design technology strategies tailored to how your business actually works.

Our founder, Austin Hughes, spent years working in enterprise IT before seeing how underserved small and mid-sized businesses were across the Piedmont Triad. Large corporations had dedicated IT departments and six-figure budgets. Local manufacturers, healthcare practices, and law firms were stuck with outdated systems and break-fix support. PCG was created to close that gap, bringing enterprise-quality IT management to the businesses that power North Carolina's economy.

From our first client in the Triad to serving over 200 businesses across the state, the mission has stayed the same: be proactive, be transparent, and treat every client's technology like it is our own. We have grown because our clients trust us enough to refer their colleagues, their vendors, and their friends. That referral-driven growth is something we never take for granted.
